1. Non-Refundable Services

Astro-Vastu consultations are non-refundable once booked. Due to the nature of these services, which require substantial preparation and resource allocation, we do not offer refunds under standard circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, shall be determined solely at the discretion of the Book Astrologer Committee. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If a consultation is deemed successfully completed.
  • If the service has been utilized or the consultation has taken place, even partially.
  • If the client’s queries have been addressed within the maximum allotted time.

3. Eligible Refund Process

In the rare event that a refund is approved, it may take up to 30 days for the amount to be credited to the original payment method. Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) days of booking. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

4. Payment Issues

If a payment is deducted from your account but you do not receive a confirmation or access to the booked service, you may raise a concern by contacting support@bookastrologer.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

5. Consultation Cancellations

  • If you cancel your appointment before the consultation date, a 50% deduction from the total fee will apply as a cancellation charge.
  • If you join the consultation but leave for any reason, no refund will be issued.

6. Refund Process and Timeline

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days from the date of request or approval.
  • All refund requests are subject to review and approval by the Book Astrologer team.
  • The company reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet policy criteria.
